**HOUSE RULES (aka The Stuff That Keeps Everyone Happy)** - Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Your neighbors appreciate you not recreating a music festival at midnight. - No parties or events – there will be a $250 charge if we have to come break up any party/event. - Must be 25+ to book (proof of age maybe required). - Stick to your guest count. Extra surprise visitors = not cool. - No pets allowed (yes, even the "good ones"). - Adults: stay off the top bunks and trundles. Those are engineered for tiny humans, not your back problems. **STUFF THAT'LL MAKE YOUR STAY EASIER** - Washer and dryer in the garage - Complimentary kayaks and paddleboard use - Complimentary set of 2 bikes to use around the neighborhood. **WARM WEATHER BONUS (May-Oct)** - Patio dining setup in our 3 season porch overlooking the bay - Window AC units in the master bedroom, queen bedroom, and twin bedroom. Then we have a larger unit that cools the first floor.
