** HOUSE RULES (please read before booking)** - Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am - No parties or events - if you are looking to play loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit. - Must be 25+ yrs old to book (photo ID may be required) - No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property - No pets allowed - No adults on the top bunks or trundles please those are for kids only ** OTHER HELPFUL TIPS ** There is a complementary washing machine and dryer available to use with fabric softener and detergent pods. All the TVs are smart Roku TVs that have guest mode enabled. This is a great feature that allows you to enter your own login access to your streaming services that will automatically be removed at the end of your stay. Once you have reserved our home, we will be sending you text communications as well as a digital guest book that lists all the information you will need to have a relaxing stay.
