Good to know

Welcome to SerenityView: Your Sedona Retreat Awaits! This stunning 3-bed, 2.5-bath Uptown gem sleeps up to 9 (think 4 adults + 5 kids, or max 6 adults if the kids stayed home). Spoiler alert: you can literally walk to Uptown's galleries, shops, and restaurants. We're talking dangerously close to that fudge shop. ** A Retreat, Not a Rager 🌵 ** This home sits in one of Sedona's quietest residential neighborhoods — the kind of place where the loudest thing at midnight is a coyote doing its thing. If you're here to unwind, stargaze, and actually sleep, you'll fit right in. If you're planning a late-night hot tub party, we love the enthusiasm — but this isn't your spot. ** Breathtaking Red Rock Views Everywhere ** Sweeping red rock views from basically every room, the massive deck, and patio. We're not saying it's show-off worthy, but your group chat is about to get very jealous. Inside you'll find high ceilings, clean Southwestern vibes, and a cozy electric fireplace that says "welcome home" without the awkward hug. ** Outdoor Paradise with Expansive Patio ** The expansive patio is where the magic happens: hot tub with red rock views (obviously), firepit for s'mores debates, extra seating, and a mini golf course for settling family disputes. Fire up the Weber grill on the large deck and pretend you're a chef while the scenery does all the heavy lifting. ** Modern Amenities & Convenience ** Free WiFi, keyless entry (no fumbling for keys after wine tasting), whole-house air purifier, and vibes so chill they're borderline meditative. It's Sedona—the universe basically does the relaxing for you. ** Entertainment for All Weather** Xbox Series S, full-size ping pong table, and foosball means nobody's allowed to complain about weather. Tournament brackets are encouraged. Trash talk is mandatory. ** Adventure Made Easy ** America the Beautiful Parks Pass included—skip those daily parking fees like a boss. More money for coffee and souvenirs shaped like cacti. ** Chef-Ready Kitchen & Cozy Spaces ** Fully stocked kitchen plus a dedicated coffee bar because mornings matter. Cozy reading nook for when you need to escape your travel crew (we get it). Every bedroom rocks a 4K smart TV for ultimate Netflix-and-chill vibes. SerenityView isn't just a rental—it's your luxurious, Insta-worthy basecamp for crushing Sedona in style. Sedona Lic #033230; TPT #21627900

We hade THE BEST stay! This was our first time to Sedona and everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We loved that they provided a pass for the hikes we did so we didn’t have to purchase a short term one. And the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after getting back from our hikes! The house was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. Never drove longer than 10-15 minutes to get to anywhere in town. And the views from the back deck were incredible! Elvis was a great host. Always quick to respond to my messages and checked in a few times to see if there was anything we needed.

We checked in after dark. The first thing we noticed is that there was so much lighting out front so we had no trouble finding the address and getting to the front door. The back yard was also very well lit so we could go sit by the fire right away and warm up. The house was clean and tidy. All drawers and cupboards are labeled. We had no trouble finding what we needed to make our meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable. In the morning we only had to walk 10 minutes to the breakfast place down the road. Beautiful location, wonderful house, incredible backyard. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning place! I’ve seen some pretty incredible views and this is definitely top 3 to wake up to! The house was excellent! We lucked out for a new rental 🤩 we used the hot tub (best hot tub ever) the putting range, the loungers and the fire pit! The ping pong table and foozeball table were used by the teenagers! They literally didn’t want to leave. 4, 12, 14 & 18 year old boys thought this was “the best place ever” super close to everything including parking to popular trailheads. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here. Within 24 hours of posting some pictures to friends 2 have requested the booking. Don’t miss this!

We had an amazing spontaneous stay! We booked same day of our stay. The host, Elvis made sure the home was ready to accommodate our family and communicated with us promptly. My kids had a blast enjoying the amenities! Enjoyed a sunny lunch on the deck. We spent our second night making s’mores out at the fire pit with a perfect view of the stars. Great place!
