Each room is thoughtfully furnished and offers a comfortable retreat after a day of mountain adventures. Plush bedding, cozy furnishings, and plenty of closet space ensure a memorable stay for all guests. - Perfect for Families- Comfortably hosts 3 families (up to 6 adults & 7 kids) or 10 adults max with full access to the entire home. The 4 bedrooms include a large loft area—a perfect hangout space for children and adults. The loft features a foosball table, Nintendo Switch, and 50" 4K Smart TV for entertainment. The 1st floor has a 55" 4K Smart TV mounted over the mantel as well. Important: All twin beds in the loft area have a 200lb weight limit—trundles are for kids only, please. ** HOUSE RULES (please read before booking)** - Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am - No parties or events - if you are looking to play loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit. - Must be 25+ yrs old to book (photo ID may be required) - No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property - No pets allowed - No adults on the top bunks or trundles please those are for kids only ** OTHER HELPFUL TIPS ** There is a washing machine and dryer located in the 1st floor master bedroom with detergent. Ski rack right when you come in with boot dryers to get you up and running for the next day of powder! All the TVs are smart Roku TVs that have guest mode enabled. This is a great feature that allows you to enter your own login access to your streaming services that will automatically be removed at the end of your stay. Once you have reserved our home, we will be sending you text communications as well as a digital guest book that lists all the information you will need to have a relaxing stay. ** Year Round ** - Grille is available on the deck all year for cooking - There is a fire pit outside with plenty of seating, you supply the wood and get your campfire going ** Warm season (May-Oct only) ** - Patio table with chairs for outdoor dining - AC Window units in each bedroom

The NoCo Mtn Retreat is centrally located to all popular activities and minutes walk to the village. Located at the end of a private road, right past the Easter Inn & Suites. The property has direct trail access to Whitaker Woods, a popular cross country skiing/hiking/biking trail network. Next door is the Cut Off Salon and Spa, Our Lady of the Mountains Parish, and Memorial Hospital. Across the street are some great restaurants such as Delaney's Hole in the Wall, May Kelly's, and Elvios Pizzeria. - Less than 10 minute walk on trail or street to North Conway Village and Conway Scenic Railroad Station. - 5 minute drive to Cranmore, Saco River, Echo Lake - Short drive to Story land , Shops and Outlets, Mt Washington, and other attractions!
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house and property grounds with the exception of the basement, owner's closet (located in the master bedroom), and barn area. ** Note: Parking is between the BARN AND HOUSE only. DO NOT PARK in the 2 spots in front of the porch area, that is the neighbors parking spots.

We are right off the main road road, White Mtn Highway (Rte 302), which leads to a pretty direct route to most places. Parking is plentiful with your own private lot (please park between barn and house only) that can park 6+ cars! Also so close to the village that you can walk to shops and restaurants, a great way to see the area and take in the fresh mountain air!
